Cambridge with One Million People: Full Buildout
What will happen if developers build to maximum zoning*:

Every day, over 800,000 workers will descend on the city from the surrounding communities. This is eight times the current number.

The population will more than double, increasing from 96,000 to 219,800.

These 800,000 employees and 219,800 residents will use 57,800,000 gallons of water on an average day -- possibly 50% more during peak times. This is four times the current usage.
