The City Manager of the City of Cambridge is issuing a Request
for Members of a new Citywide Zoning Advisory Committee. Members will work with the
Community Development Department to help determine process, timing and outreach to the
public for discussion of several important citywide zoning issues. The City Manager
strongly encourages members of both the residential and business communities to apply. The
Advisory Committee will meet regularly for a period of 1-2 years. The City Manager will
make the Citywide Zoning Advisory Committee selection in November 1997.
If you are interested in becoming an Advisory Committee member, please send a letter of
interest describing:
- how long you have lived or worked in Cambridge
- previous planning, zoning or community activities
- why you are interested in serving on the Advisory Committee
